PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Energy and Climate Change – Keep UPP Program aims at awareness and action on three levels:

Understand: Build a better understanding of the climate crisis and its link to energy usage

Pledge: Motivate people to pledge and commit to a goal for reduction in energy consumption.

Progress: Help people to achieve their target and monitor their achievement to measure impact.

Trained and certified participants can encourage people to take pledges for reducing their electricity consumption. The pledges can be taken through Energy Swaraj Movement Android App. The pledgers will be guided to achieve their pledge target through the mobile application. This program gives a unique opportunity to become climate and energy literate irrespective of their educational background and experience. Any individual including faculty members, students, housewives, business persons, or people from any walk of life can take training in this program.
